When considering a composting toilet it’s important that you take into account the many variables you need to consider when making a decision. Things like: Do you have a water supply? Is there a position for the chamber to fit under the dwelling or building?
With this in mind, Clivus Multrum have seen and found solutions to all the possible challenges that are involved with creating a more eco-friendly house and using waterless composting toilets in the home, holiday home, roadstop or remote location.
The EcoLet Underfloor NE is the ideal toilet for remote locations where electricity is not available and where there is space for the composting bins under the floor. Bins are easily accessed and emptied from outside the house.
Practical and robust, the NE has been designed to complement any bathroom and it is aesthetically pleasing. This means you have a great looking alternative toilet system that has no smell and is easy to maintain.
The Underfloor NE has two exchangeable composting bins, one inside the chamber and one composting bin with a lid stored externally, to be rotated with bin inside unit when full. The EcoLet comes with a convenient chamber screen, so the inner compost chamber is not visible when the toilet is not in use.
